Daily Shaving
For Maximum Results Shave after Bathing use a New/Sharp Razor and use the right types of shaving accessories at the right times
Shave as often as required during each Alpha/Omega Period
ALL Omega Periods
During Omega periods your skin is more prone to cutting razor rash and is at it's least receptive to shaving
During Omega periods use
Shaving Foam/Cream
this should be white in colour
If you have any negative side affects to shaving during Omega Periods bathe your face with hand hot salt water regularly during each Omega Period that your skin is affected.
If you have skin that is very sensitive and prone to negative side affects from shaving bathe your face with hand hot salt water immediately after shaving
Alpha 2 4 6
During Alpha 2 4 6 in growing hairs are prone to developing
as are sores and spots
During Alpha 2 4 6 use
Oil Based Shaving Treatments
or
Shaving Foam/Cream/Gel
If you suffer any negative side affects and also to avoid negative side affects from shaving during Alpha 2 4 6 apply a small amount of Sudocrem or Tea Tree Oil to Affected Areas regularly during each Alpha 2 4 6 that your skin is affected
Alpha 1 3 5
During Alpha 1 & 5 your skin and hair is the most receptive to the shaving process however shaving during Alpha 3 can leave
your hair prone to in growing
During Alpha 1 3 5 use
Shaving Gel
If you suffer any negative side affects during Alpha 1 3 5 apply Aloe vera Gel to affected areas regularly during each Alpha 1 3 5 that your skin is negatively affected.
If you have sensitvie skin you apply Aloe Vera Gel during Alpha 3 & 5 immediately after shaving
Apply Aloe Vera Gel to affected areas only duing Alpha 1
Electric Dry Shavers
Use your Electric Shaver as you normally would however please pay attention to treating negative side affects for each Alpha/Omega period
