Use a Pumice Stone regularly during each Alpha 1 3 & 5 period
Nail Polish
Apply and remove Nail Polish as you would your Finger Nails
If you wish you can keep your Toes Covered during the Summer although this will cause yellowing of the nails and excess nail ridges
If you do keep your Toe Nails Covered for long periods of time during the Summer ensure that during
the Winter Months you give your Toe Nails
a rest and keep them uncovered
