Nail Polish - Application and Removal
Applying Nail Polish
When DNA is travelling through the Right Strand Nails are completing their
Active Growth Phase and require protection with Nail Polish to
stop the Nail from absorbing excess Moisture
You will need
Nail Polish
Optional Extra's
Top Coat - Smudge Protector
Directions
Wash and Dry hands thorouhly before you apply Nail Polish
Always apply Nail Polish during an Omega period as this will ensure
you get the maximum amount of time from your application
If the Right Strand begins with an Alpha period apply Nail Polish
towards the end of the last Omega period of the Left Strand
If your nail polish chips peels or flakes please ensure that you recover
them as soon as possible as nails that have chipped polish
are prone to catching which can lead to breakages
If you do need to re apply ensure that you re apply during an Omega period
To gain maximum wear from your Nail Polish apply a Top Coat or Smudge Protector
Avoid applying Nail Polish during Alpha periods as
polish will chip peel and flake very quickly

Removing Nail Polish
When DNA is travelling through the Left Strand Nails are completing their
Active Rest Phase and need to breathe, applying Nail Polish during the
Left Strand causes Yellowing of the Nails and Excess Nail Ridges
You will need
Nail Polish Remover - Cotton Wool
Directions
Always remove Nail Polish during Alpha Periods as this will ensure that all polish is removed quickly and easily without causing any damage to the nail
If Left Strand Begins with an Omega Period remove your Polish towards
the end of the last Alpha period of the Right Strand ready for
filing during the first Omega Period of the Left Strand
Soak Cotton Wool with Nail Polish
Cover Nail with Cotton Wool for approx 10 - 15 seconds
Wipe away from the Nail
Wash Hands
Removing Nail Polish
If you have to remove Nail Polish during the Right Strand do this during an Alpha period and re apply during the next Omega Period
