 Omega Periods

Soak cotton wool in warm salt water and bathe all skin complaints including cuts, sores, spots and burns

Rinse with hand hot water and apply Oil Free Moisturiser

 Bathe Skin regularly with Salt Water during All Omega periods until skin has healed
