During Alpha 1 3 5 your DNA is removing Dead Cells and your Skin is
sloughing Dead Cells. Skin Requires Exfoliation During these time
periods and is not receptive to Moisturising or Oil Treatments

products you need during Alpha 1 3 5
Face & Neck
AM
Wash face with a flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
Apply exfoliating scrub to wet skin in circular motions
Remove exfoliating scrub with flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
Dry skin thoroughly
If you have any skin complaints apply a small amount of Aloe Vera Gel to affected areas only
Apply powder/mineral make up once skin is dried thoroughly
PM
Remove Make Up with an Oil Free Make Up Remover
Wash Face with flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
If you required you can then apply exfoliating scrub and follow the procedure for AM
You will only need to exfoliate your face twice during each
Alpha 1 3 5 it is up to you if you do this AM or PM
Body
Wash your body with a massage sponge/exfoliating glove and body wash. Paying particular attention to boney areas
(elbows - shins Knee's)
Dry skin thoroughly
Apply small amount of Aloe Vera Gel to any skin complaints
Spots - Sores - Burns - Cuts
Hands
Exfoliate hands with exfoliating scrub when you exfoliate your face
