periods and is not receptive to Moisturising or Exfoliating Treatments

Face & Neck
AM
Wash face with a flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
Use a small amount of Baby Oil to wash face
Remove Baby Oil with flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
Apply a small amount of Baby Oil/Premium Oil/Skin Wax
and tissue off excess after 1 - 2 mins
If you have any skin complaints apply a small amount of
Sudocrem or Tea Tree Oil to affected areas only
Apply powder/mineral make up or Oil Based Foundation
PM
Remove Make Up with an Oil Based Make Up Remover
Baby Oil will do the job
Wash Face with flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
Use a small amount of Baby Oil to wash face
Remove Baby Oil with flannel/muslim cloth with hand hot water
Apply a small amount of Baby Oil/Premium Oil/Skin Wax
to damp skin and tissue off excess after 1 - 2 mins
Body
Add a few drops of Baby Oil or Premium Oil to Bath Water
or
Add a few drops of Baby Oil or Premium Oil to
Soft Sponge if you Shower
Wash your body with a soft sponge and Oil Based body wash
Apply Baby Oil or Premium Oil to Damp Skin
Apply small amount of Sudocrem or Tea Tree Oil to any skin complaints
Spots - Sores - Burns - Cuts
Hands
Your Hands will be fine from the Oil Used during the process
of washing your face neck and body although you
can if you wish apply small amounts of Oil to
damp skin regularly during Alpha 2 4 6
