Guide to Washing Hair

All Omega Periods
During Omega periods your hair is receptive to Protein Based Shampoo and Conditioner these should be white in colour and thick and creamy in texture
During Omega periods your hair is the least receptive to the cleaning process, avoid using too much shampoo and apply conditioner to the ends of the hair avoiding the roots, hair may require extra rinsing
Alpha 1 3 5
During Alpha 1 3 5 your hair is receptive to Clarifying Shampoo, this should be clear/colourless, during Alpha 1 3 5 your hair is not receptive
to conditioner or conditioning treatments
Alpha 2 4 6
During Alpha 2 4 6 your hair is self cleaning and is receptive to fruit silk and oil based shampoo and conditioners
Your hair is also receptive to anti dandruff/medicated and coloured shampoo and conditioner during Alpha 2 4 6
Alpha 2 4 6 is the time to apply hot oil/wax treatments and
hair repair masks, use these as and when required
Tips for Washing Hair
Brush hair prior to washing
Wash hair twice and rinse thoroughly
Apply conditioner to the ends of the hair always avoiding the roots
